Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
- Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
- Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
- Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
- Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing / vision loss.
- Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in nursing from a four-year college or university or an Associate’s degree or diploma in nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive,
- and Teams.
- Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer / laptop and cell phone
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
