About You
The ideal candidate will be a strong generalist with direct-to-consumer, retail experience, preferably in food or confectionary.
You will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with our global internal teams.
You will have a strong marketing background, understand our seasonal market, are sales oriented, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities :
Store Support and Strategy Implementation :
Craft and implement marketing strategies that directly support our stores, focusing on promotions, local advertising, and impactful in-store displays.
Work closely with store managers to tailor campaigns to local markets and enhance the in-store customer experience.
Leadership and Team Management :
Lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
Provide guidance and support in the development of team members’ marketing and analytical skills.
Consumer Insights and Market Adaptation :
Analyze consumer trends and market dynamics to optimize our offerings and marketing tactics in the retail sector.
Adapt strategies based on competitive analysis and industry best practices.
Collaboration with International Teams :
Coordinate with the international marketing team in Bilten to align on global brand strategies and ensure consistent messaging across markets.
Retail and Luxury Market Expertise :
Leverage experience in premium / luxury retail to enhance brand positioning and attract a discerning clientele.
Engage with the culinary and retail food community to stay abreast of the latest trends that could influence our marketing strategies.
Operational and Budget Management :
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment and meet financial objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or luxury goods, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behavior in the luxury food sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across different teams and cultures.
A passion for food, particularly chocolate, with an understanding of the nuances of premium product marketing.
