Lead HVAC Installation Technician

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking to hire a full-time Lead HVAC Installation Technician to join our Bloomington, IN team. This position supports our growing residential installation division while removing old HVAC equipment and ductwork, replacing it with new equipment, and testing completed installs for proper setup. Working a schedule of Monday-Friday with alternating Saturdays, this position earns a competitive $60,000-$120,000 per year , based on skills and experience, plus $5,000 sign on bonus .

LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of residential on-call experience
• Ability to lift 60-80 pounds
• Comfortability working in crawl spaces and attics
