Accounts Payable Coordinator
A manufacturing company located in New York City is actively seeking a dynamic and collaborative professional to join their staff as their new Accounts Payable Coordinator.
Responsibilities
The Accounts Payable Coordinator will :
- Assist with Bills of Lading, Releases, and Sales Invoices
- Cut checks
- Handle cash receipts
- Assist with AP
- Add information into Sage
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience
- Sage or Peachtree knowledge
- Good command of Excel
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
