The Asset Protection & Safety Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Asset Protection / Safety PLSC management consisting of the Safety & Loss Control Manager, Asset Protection & Safety Operations Manager, and the Vice President.
This position is designed for growth and development within the department and organization. This hourly position reports to the Vice President-Asset Protection & Safety Risk Management.
The hybrid position (minimum three in-office days) is based at our Paradies Lagardère Support Center (PLSC).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Asset Protection 40%
- Improvement and maintenance of CCTV related items : Creation of CCTV blueprintsCCTV Asset List & NVR Asset ListCCTV and SaaS Invoice Accuracy Review
- Support Operations Manager on CCTV requests including Internal access requestsIntegrator break / fix and new installation coordination
- Execution of Exception Based Reporting
- Review Asset Protection invoices for accuracy
- Initiate discussions with vendors on forward-looking uses of CCTV and reporting
Safety & Risk Management 40%
- Review of incoming claims and work with field management to complete full submission of claims
- Request and submit True Up Reports requests from HR
- Assist in the facilitation of annual General Insurance policy renewal
- Provide reporting on Regional and Division Safety / Claims data
- Review payments to TPA for accuracy
- Respond to Safety and Claims data requests
- Update Vendors (Preparis, Sentry, Windley and Early Alert) on AOR Changes
Office Management 20%
- Assist Vice President in the preparation of presentation material and the creation of internal reports for others
- Attend and participate in conference calls and meetings
- Assist in PLSC related duties, including badging and building maintenance requests
- Assist in the management of the department intranet page
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :
- Ability to communicate (orally and written) effectively using the English language
- Be able to demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills; possess advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word / Excel / Outlook / PowerPoint)
- Understand, implement, and utilize exception-based reporting software
- Possess the ability to analyze data from multiple sources and create reporting that is easily understood to receiving parties
- Foster a work environment that inspires trust, respect, professionalism, and teamwork to achieve goals
- Possess analytical skills sufficient to conduct applicable research to determine the relevance of information and interpret its meaning, while arriving at accurate conclusions
- Use financial analysis skills sufficient to interpret operating statements and other financial data

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience in data analytics.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs., and perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing a ladder, and walking long distances

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Willingness and ability to travel periodically by air and / or car, with overnight stays whenever the business dictates.
The position requires the ability to travel up to 10%, including travel between the United States and Canada.
