Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of operations by exercising demonstrated knowledge and experience in all phases of hotel management, including sales and marketing, human resources, budget and forecast management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Provide the vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire your associates to deliver exceptional service and drive financial success.
- Enable innovation and drive results through successful sales and marketing campaigns and strong financial controls.
Minimum Requirements :
- Previous General Manager experience is essential.
- Strong and successful Owner Relations partnerships.
- Ability to create and develop a dynamic team.
- Local market experience is preferred.
