Lifetime Windows and Siding is seeking a competitive and self-motivated Sales Development Team Lead to join our Denver office.
This field marketing role requires a dynamic individual who can lead our canvassing efforts in the windows, siding, and roofing markets.
If you are independent, headstrong, and fluent in persuasive communication, this position offers you the opportunity to not only drive lead generation but also mentor and guide a team to success.
As a key member of our team, you will gain a deep understanding of Lifetime’s processes, work closely with other teams, and contribute to the continued growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of sales development representatives, guiding them in canvassing neighborhoods and generating valuable leads for our sales teams.
- Field Marketing : Actively participate in and oversee door-to-door canvassing efforts, ensuring that your team is effectively engaging with homeowners and presenting the benefits of our windows, siding, and roofing products.
- Training and Development : Implement the comprehensive training program, applying the classroom training in the field and ensuring your team is fully equipped to succeed.
- Performance Monitoring : Track and assess the performance of your team, providing ongoing coaching and support to help them reach their full potential.
- Process Improvement : Collaborate with other teams to refine and enhance our canvassing strategies and lead generation processes.
Qualifications
- Persuasion Skills : Your ability to persuade and negotiate will set the foundation for success in generating leads and driving team performance.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal communication skills are essential as you will be engaging with homeowners and leading a team.
- Leadership : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships, both with your team and potential customers.
- Adaptability and Resilience : The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and remain resilient in a door-to-door canvassing environment.
- Experience : Prior sales or team leadership experience is preferred but not required. We offer comprehensive training to mold you into a successful team leader.
