Remote All-Inclusive Resort Coordinator

This is a remote position.

Overview :

Asa Remote AllInclusive Resort Coordinator you will play a crucialrole in assisting clients with their reservation needs.

Thisindependent contractor position is open to individuals who are 18years or older and authorized to work in the USA Australia Mexicoor Colombia.

No prior experience is necessary as training will beprovided. You will utilize email skills effective communication andstrong customer service to help clients secure reservations andprovidequotes.

Responsibilities : ClientInteraction :

ClientInteraction :

Communicate with clientsthrough various channels including email to understand theirreservation requirements andpreferences.

ReservationCoordination :

Assist clients in makingreservations for services such as accommodations transportationtours and more according to theirpreferences.

VendorLiaison :

Communicate directly with vendorssuppliers and service providers to check availability negotiaterates and secure reservations on behalf ofclients.

QuoteGeneration :

Provide clients with accurate andtimely quotes for their requested reservations ensuringtransparency regarding costs andservices.

CustomerSupport :

Address client inquiries concernsand requests promptly and professionally offering solutions andguidance as needed.

Documentation :

Maintain detailed andaccurate records of client interactions reservations andcommunications withvendors.

Training andDevelopment :

Participate in trainingsessions to stay updated on industry trends reservation processesand company policies.

Requirements :

Must be 18 years old orolder.

Authorized to work in the USAAustralia Mexico orColombia.
