This position offers a comprehensive training program and the opportunity to transition into a management role after 1-2 years.
The length of the program will be tailored to the candidate's skill set.
Under the guidance of one of their top Regional Managers, the successful candidate will receive hands-on training in all aspects of the business, including people management, grain handling, logistics, and equipment maintenance.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in agriculture and previous experience with grain handling, in addition to holding an agriculture degree would be highly preferred.
Self-starters with a strong drive for success and the ability to work well in a team setting will excel in this role. The base salary for this position can reach up to $85K, depending on the candidate's experience.
