Compensation :
$42,000 - $50,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
- Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
- Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
- Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
- Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
- Lead Generation : Actively seek new business opportunities by networking, attending real estate events, and conducting outreach via calls, emails, and social media.
- Client Acquisition : Meet with property owners, investors, and landlords to present the benefits of our property management services.
- Sales Presentation : Conduct effective presentations and communicate the value of our property management services, including tenant placement, maintenance, and financial reporting.
- Follow-up and Negotiation : Consistently follow up with leads, answer questions, and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Market Knowledge : Stay updated on local real estate market trends, rental rates, and property management regulations.
- Client Onboarding : Assist in onboarding new clients, including drafting contracts and coordinating property evaluations.
- CRM Management : Track all sales activities in the CRM (Follow-Up Boss) and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with our property management and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and continued growth.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
- Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or related industries.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A real estate license is a bonus but not required.
