The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.

Description
Summary :
Creates and executes strategies and programs for the enterprise which deliver business value, increase employee engagement, and develop inclusive and high performing leaders.
Assists senior executives in making strategic decisions related to business unit strategy. Designs and leads project related activities in the areas of strategy development and strategic planning, competitive differentiation, and operating models.
Develops thought partner relationships with executives and managers to serve as a platform for strategic advice and future career development.
Conducts strategy management and alignment activities in a consistent and thoughtful approach across the business unit.
Responsibilities :
- Sets cadences and agenda for aligned leaders, guiding strategic discussions & decision making & alignment, participating as an active member of the Leadership team.
- Establish relationships with assigned Broker Partners while serving as liaison across the Field Ops team.
- Partner with existing BRM organization and executive sponsors to enhance existing relationships.
- Partner with leadership to develop broker compensation strategies and assist with the negotiation of individual arrangements.
- Cultivate strong, positive, collaborative relationships as a trusted strategic advisor with leaders.
- Own the monitoring and measurement of progress and key results for select initiatives.
- Facilitates prioritization and resource assignment of work requested for assigned stakeholders and collaborates with peers in Strategy, Technology, and PO organization to coordinate resourcing of cross functional initiatives together.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, strong written and verbal communication, functional understanding of Global Risk Solutions (GRS) Business along with core functions and their responsibilities, ability to engage and drive change management with stakeholders across GRS in addition to, on a limited basis, external broker partners.
- Bachelor s degree and minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience. Strategic mindset and ability to work cross functionally at a fast pace.
- Knowledge of existing Wholesale and Retail channel strategies and structures is preferred.
- External experience in Distribution or Underwriting is a plus.
