Volt is immediately hiring a Customer Service representative in Santa Rosa, CA.

Are you ready to embark on a rewarding career with a leading local waste management company? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join the team for a temp to perm opportunity.

As a Customer Service representative, you will :

  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Respond to Contact Us inquiry emails, providing excellent customer service.
  • Answer phones and resolve customer issues with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Handle front desk cash transactions with accuracy.
  • Utilize strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.

This is a Full-Time opportunity. Monday-Friday, Monday Friday, 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM -40 hours / week

The ideal candidate will have :

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required.
  • A passion for helping others and a desire to grow with our company.

Pay Rate : $23 / hr.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
