Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $31,000 and first year commissions are expected to be around $19,000
Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $41,000 and our top earners made $36,000 in commission last year.

Responsibilities

- Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage with additional policies.
- Relationship Building : Develop strong connections with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Continuous Learning : Stay informed about industry updates to offer the best advice.
Requirements
- Licensing : Possess or willing to obtain a Louisiana Property & Casualty License.
- Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer-Focused : Committed to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
- Adaptability : Able to work effectively in a non-remote environment and collaborate with team members.
- Team Player : Capable of working collaboratively and fostering positive relationships within the team.
- Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM software and communication tools is a plus.
