Founded in 2013, Rupp Family Builders is a woman-owned, family-run and operated residential construction operation, specializing in six-week kitchen remodels and four-week bathroom remodels.

Rupp Family Builders is a trusted partner for top-notch, trending designs built for function. Homeowners rely on us because they trust us to create new and unique spaces in their homes.

Not only do we do it well, but we also deliver quick service so customers can get back to living in their homes.

Each project coordinator brings a skill set and perspective that helps us serve our customers better, but they don't work alone! 80% of our trades are IN-HOUSE!

We have plumbers, electricians, and cabinetry specialists at the ready on our team, so projects can be completed in a timely and efficient manner without sacrificing quality.

We also stand out from traditional general contractors because WE ARE NOT A BANK! We handle our cash flow proactively by requiring an initial 20% deposit for each project and dishing out progress billing every two weeks.

We've created this system so our project managers can focus on their jobs without any unnecessary distractions.

Our team is growing! We need an experienced project coordinator or lead supervisor who can oversee three remodeling projects simultaneously.

Sick of relying on flakey tradesmen who delay project completion?

Tired of struggling to coordinate schedules with outside contractors?

Looking for a project manager position that sets you up for success from day one?

Join the Rupp Family!!!
