We pay our HVAC Technicians / Installers a competitive salary between $60,000 - $150,000 / year , with the opportunity to earn more depending on abilities.

REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience
- Physical ability to lift 60+ lbs and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems
- Willingness to work in the Florida heat, both outdoors and in attics
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test upon hire
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
