Administrative Assistant
Duties :
This person will be responsible for maintaining business documentation, preparing files for leadership, and providing administrative support to enhance the overall effectiveness of the quality unit.
Provides administrative support with a high degree of integrity, tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality. Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
Develop presentation materials, graphs, charts, etc. Input data into different systems. Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Support EHS with administrative / clerical duties. Organize and coordinate plant events. Maintain supply inventory and miscellaneous ordering duties.
Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Work Environment
8am-5PM hours M-F. This position is an admin for the quality team. Will have to be comfortable on the floor. However, mostly office work and supporting the quality team.
