Marketing Operations Manager
Client is establishing new ways of building and delivering omnichannel customer experiences to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
The Omnichannel Operations Specialist will play a critical role in Clients evolution by partnering with an assigned Omnichannel Agile Pod to facilitate the seamless end-to-end development and deployment of creative assets across digital channels.
This individual will report to the Associate Director, Omnichannel Strategy on their assigned Agile Pod.
You will be responsible for :
- Social media management of multiple disease education and / or brand pages across varied platforms, including content scheduling and page moderation
- Planning and maintenance of content calendars for creative deliverables for assigned business unit
- Testing, operational management and deployment of email campaigns
- Assisting with moving materials through the medical / legal / regulatory review process, including reference linking, metadata management, and pull-through of requested changes on assets
- Assisting with campaign reporting, including pulling key performance metrics from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics
- Project management support for creative asset development with an agile marketing pod team (scrum master, copywriter, etc.
to be in alignment with brand goals and priorities, as needed
Must haves :
- Past experience working in digital marketing, with understanding of key channels, such as social media, email marketing, SEO / SEM, and website.
- High attention to detail is essential, as this role involves preparing submissions for medical, legal, and regulatory review
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to influence without authority
- Strong problem solving and analytics skills with an ability to prioritize projects
- Comfort learning and managing new processes or skills
- Familiarity working within the pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Past experience with Veeva PromoMats preferred
