Description : What you'll be doing

Join our team as a Recruiter (Talent Strategist)! You will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and build a qualified and diverse candidate pool for each of our client's direct hire searches.

This role is a remote position supporting clients throughout the U.S. while engaging with a team primarily in the pacific time zone.

About the Role :

As a Talent Strategist, you will partner with our clients to deeply understand their requirements, including knowledge, skills and abilities they seek in candidates.

You will utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and engage with candidates, conduct interviews, and present well-matched candidates to hiring managers.

No recruiting experience? No problem! If you have strong communication skills and enjoy creating solutions, you'll be set up for success.

Your role is crucial in creating and maintaining a robust pipeline of candidate's, helping us meet and exceed our clients' expectations.

Our clientele extends coast to coast, including colleges and universities, non-profits, data centers and small to mid size corporations.

  • Since 2015, our team has been operating entirely remotely, offering you the ability to balance work and life.
  • You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of positions, spanning from mid to senior level roles across various departments such as accounting and finance, legal, marketing, human resources, advancement, facilities, student affairs, auxiliaries, procurement, and more.
  • Our unique business model prioritizes delivering exceptional candidate experiences over aggressive sales tactics and commission.
  • Working in a pod / partner structure, you'll typically handle around 10-12 new searches per month.

What we'd like to see from you :

  • A minimum of 2+ years experience in a role that involved quickly establishing rapport, extracting relevant information, and providing accurate assessment of interactions.
  • An engaging and inquisitive communicator who exudes professionalism and respects diversity.
  • A professional demeanor and the ability to motivate and manage relationships with candidates, clients and your team.
  • Proven experience working independently and driving projects to completion while also being open to collaboration and guidance.
  • While a Bachelor's Degree is preferred, we value a combination of experience and education.
