Home Equity Specialist
LHH Recruiting is assisting our client in Tempe, AZ to hire on a contract to hire basis a Home Equity Specialist. In this role you will be working with customers to help them find the finance product that best works for them and their situation.
You'll be assisting the customer navigate the process and using your sales skills to support them.
Job duties :
Make outbound and take inbound calls from customers to assist them.
Process and analyze refinance events to ensure that the company's investment guidelines are adhered to.
Document and perform data entry of customer interactions within the CRM database.
Troubleshoot all customer concerns, and provide effective solutions.
Coordinate and liaise with title agents and escrow officers to ensure that the company is facilitating timely payoffs and lien releases.
Qualifications :
Experience working recently in the finance or mortgage industry for more than 2 years.
Able to work a shift of Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm, and in office 3 days a week, and 2 days remotely.
Relevant Microsoft Office software skills.
Previous experience working with customers and achieving revenue generating sales success.
