Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to join our SERVPRO team. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our production crew, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership : Lead and inspire a team of production technicians, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and performing at their best.
• Project Management : Plan, organize, and manage production projects from start to finish, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure that all work meets or exceeds SERVPRO's high-quality standards and customer expectations.
• Customer Satisfaction : Foster strong customer relationships by addressing concerns and ensuring the successful completion of projects to the client's satisfaction.
• Inventory Management : Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to keep production running smoothly.
• Safety : Promote and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Training and Development : Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for production crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Budget Control : Manage production budgets, controlling costs while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the restoration or construction industry.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of SERVPRO processes and procedures is a plus.
• IICRC certifications are a plus.
