We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Marketing Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts in alignment with the company’s global strategic objectives.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and hands-on execution to drive the company’s growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive strategic marketing plans to elevate brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Define and uphold global brand values across all customer interactions.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
• Align marketing strategies with overall business goals in collaboration with Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Lead a global team in executing high-impact campaigns and initiatives.
• Optimize marketing tactics using data-driven insights for maximum ROI.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to refine strategies.
• Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
• Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently.
• Present marketing performance updates and opportunities to senior management.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in strategic marketing roles, achieving substantial business outcomes.
• Proven leadership in building and developing high-performing teams.
• Expertise in traditional and digital marketing, SEO / SEM, social media, and brand management.
• Track record in budget management and forecasting.
• Effective communication and influence across organizational levels.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
