Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa Cary Waverly Place is seeking a full-time Front Desk Lead for their spa.
About our spa : As a franchise model, Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Cary Waverly is independently owned and operated, with the national brand awareness of a leading company in the wellness industry.
This location has been open since 2011 and has a very strong membership base, client base, and presence in the community.

What To Expect in This Role :
Sales this role will be heavily focused on improving and maintaining membership sales, gift card sales, and upgrade sales.
Training new hire onboarding training, ongoing sales training, roleplaying, and coaching of the spa associate team.
Administrative duties the Front Desk Lead will be responsible for auditing performance, managing expectations, driving sales metrics & contests, and handling higher level customer service feedback.
The front desk lead will be working shifts at the front desk, in addition to leading the team. They will have assigned administrative time each week away from the front desk to complete administrative duties.
A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required for this role.
Requirements :

Hyping up the team to stay motivated and having a positive attitude is also a key factor.
Have experience with exceptional customer service models We have won numerous customer service awards over the years and have a very high standard to anticipate client expectations, connect with clients to build rapport and kindness, and maintain a host environment to ensure clients have the best experience possible.
For this role, this would also include handling customer service concerns with empathy, understanding, and willingness to help.
- Have a passion to drive results You understand the impact of your actions and flex your strategy to drive results to accommodate the needs of the business.
- Have leadership experience Our leadership style is to lead from within the team by setting the example, motivating, coaching, and supporting them.
This includes coaching them in action in a positive way and understanding the separation from those youre leading to be able to give them feedback to be successful.

Benefits :
- $14 / hour base salary
- Commission structure :
- $30 commission for every membership you sell
- $0.40 $1.50 per upgrade sold (higher the upgrade, the more per upgrade)
- Gift card sales bonuses throughout the year for gift card promotions estimated $3000+ annually for mid to high tier sales
