Job Summary The Production Assistant will work collaboratively in supporting our production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in our operations.
Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Role would work directly with the Denim Development and Production team on all production related projects and tasks.
- Organizing design related items including but not limited to : samples, swatches, headers, etc.
- Communicating regarding lab dips and strike offs to our print and dye venders
- Sitting in fittings Taking notes and communicating both production and pattern maker as needed
- Visiting production facilities for sample development and production related errands.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Experience in a design house or production facility preferred (fashion degree not mandatory)
- Industry experience isn’t mandatory but in lieu of said experience, fashion or design related degree preferred
- Must be comfortable getting hands dirty and being in local production facilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and Bi-lingual (Spanish)
- Very organized, great at communicating, think fast on feet, self starter, flexible, thrive in fast pace and creative environments
- Reliable Car required will be reimbursed for gas
Physical Requirements :
- This position is an office position that requires frequent use of a computer, mouse and keyboard.
- Frequent standing, walking, driving.
- Occasional sitting, bending, stooping.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license
