Overview :
We are seeking an Entry Level Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities :
Operate and monitor machines to ensure proper functioning
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
Set up machines according to specifications and blueprints
Monitor production output and quality control measures
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine malfunctions
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is preferred but not required
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
Basic understanding of CAM programming and blueprint reading
Knowledge of quality control procedures and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
Note : This is an entry-level position, training will be provided.
