About the Role :
As a commercial installer, you would supervise and work alongside commercial crews on a variety of commercial HVAC new construction and retrofit projects under the direction of the Commercial Projects Manager to complete plan and spec / design-build projects on time, on budget, and according to plans.
Pay Range : $27.00 - $38.00 an hour, depending on experience, credentials, installer ranking (level 1, 2, or 3)
Level 1 - $27.00 to $30.00 / hourly
Level 2 - $30.00 to $33.00 / hourly
Level 3 - $33.00 to $38.00 / hourly
Work Hours : Flexible per project 7 : 30 am - 4 : 30 pm / 5 days (8 hrs.) or 7 : 30 am - 6 : 00 pm / 4 days (10 hrs.) break and lunch times required by law (Overtime as needed)

Required Qualifications :
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurable driving record
- Ability to pass all pre-employment checks and tests
- EPA Universal is required, and an OH Journeyman license is a plus
- Prior commercial installation experience
- Proficient in duct work installations and on-site sheet metal fabrication
- Excellent time management abilities and attention to detail
