Key Responsibilities :
- Classroom Assistance : Support the lead teacher with daily classroom activities, including preparation of materials, organization, and clean-up.
- Student Support : Aid in the supervision and management of student behavior, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Instructional Support : Assist with small group activities, one-on-one support, and instructional tasks as directed by the lead teacher.
- Behavioral Guidance : Implement positive behavior management strategies in line with the school’s values and the lead teacher’s guidelines.
- Role Model : Exemplify the kindness, compassion, and teachings of Christ in all interactions with students, staff, and parents.
- Communication : Collaborate effectively with the lead teacher, parents, and other staff members to support student development and address any concerns.
- School Mission : Uphold and promote the mission and values of our Catholic community in all aspects of the job.
