Snooze an A.M. Eatery at Denver International Airport is hiring BOH talent to prep and cook a menu that boasts the most creative twists on breakfast! And who doesn’t like breakfast after all, it’s the one meal people enjoy no matter what time of day.
As a member of our kitchen team, you will receive detailed training and all the support needed to be successful in your role.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares, cooks, and plates all menu items according to company specifications, recipes, and procedures, ensuring that all items are prepared and served to Snooze standards of quality, presentation, and timing.
- Serves all guests in a warm, friendly, pleasant, and professional manner.
- Communicates and coordinates with all back of house staff to ensure smooth service for front of house staff and guests.
- Works well in a team environment where responsibilities are shared.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year kitchen experience
- Minimum 18 years of age
- 10-year criminal background check as required by Denver International Airport
- Understanding / practice of basic food and alcohol safety
- Previous kitchen and / or restaurant experience preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Flexible and available to work holidays, weekends, and / or nights as may be needed. Must be able to work on your feet for long periods of time (up to 12 hours).
Position also requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing up to 25 lbs.
