A company is looking for a Copilot Administrator & Trainer to lead the implementation and adoption of MS 365 Copilot across a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, manage, and monitor MS 365 Copilot features while ensuring compliance and performance standards
Design and deliver engaging training sessions and create comprehensive learning materials
Contribute to the design and optimization of Copilot-powered AI agents and manage approved Copilot-compatible apps
Required Qualifications
Proven experience administering MS 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong understanding of MS 365 Copilot and AI-driven productivity solutions
Experience designing and delivering technical training programs
Familiarity with governance, compliance, and user adoption strategies
MS certifications (e.g., MS-900, MS-700, or equivalent) preferred
