Overview :
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers.
Duties :
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and returns
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficient
Experience :
- Understanding of and sensitivity to the needs of individuals with disabilities.
- Effective communication skills; ability to follow directions; ability to interact courteously and effectively with culturally diverse populations
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to handle pressure and perform multiple tasks.
Preferred qualifications include three years of human services and / or customer service experience, knowledge and understanding of Community-Based waiver services familiarity with medical terminology, and bilingual capabilities.
