Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking candidates who can adapt and problem-solve a variety of customer service situations. The Inbound Customer Service Representative will assist customers by providing product / service information and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
About the Customer Service Representative
- Training classes starting in early to mid June
- $17 / hr
- Monday - Friday no nights or weekends
- Day Shift
- Stable Office Environment
- 40.25 hours of PTO

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers
- Document customers’ concerns and problems.
- Provide, update, and change account holder information
- Process payments.
- Provide technical assistance to customers having trouble accessing their account information online or through the mobile app.
- Process identification and approval of vehicle images
- Process customer disputes and appeals
- Other customer service duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to start in early to mid June
- Telephone etiquette and active listening
- Technically savvy to provide assistance through multiple platforms
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different situations
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Pass a drug test and criminal background check
- Ideally within a 25-mile radius of the East Shore of Harrisburg, PA
