BUSINESS LITIGATION ASSOCIATE
Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 200 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate with at least four years experience to join their national Business Litigation team .
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- At least 4 years' business litigation experience , including managing all aspects of case work-up and trial preparation .
- Expertise in legal research and writing , including drafting briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests.
- Strong problem-solving abilities , along with excellent communication and client interaction skills.
- Ambitious, driven, and a team-oriented mindset to support and grow our national litigation practice.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of business litigation cases, including case work-up, trial preparation, and courtroom representation.
- Draft and review critical legal documents, including briefs, complaints, and motions.
- Provide strategic advice and manage sophisticated business litigation matters.
- Engage directly with clients and play an active role in developing case strategy.

The role includes a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $191,000 to $215,000 , depending on experience.
