Founded in 1988, Child Development Schools is headquartered in Austin, TX operating over 260 childcare centers in 11 states.

Our three early childhood education brands are Childcare Network, Sunrise Preschools, and My Small Wonders. We proudly provide quality care and developmental education to over 30,000 children aged six weeks to twelve years.

We are seeking a Quality Rated Specialist to join our team and support our childcare centers in achieving and maintaining high-quality standards as part of the Quality Rated initiative.

This role is crucial in ensuring our centers deliver exceptional care and education, meeting and exceeding state and national quality benchmarks.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred, Child Development, Education Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in early childhood education, with a focus on quality improvement and program management.

In-depth knowledge of Quality Rated systems and standards, as well as other state-specific quality rating and improvement systems.

Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.

Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with quality management software.

Responsibilities :

Quality Rated Program Management :

Oversee and coordinate the implementation of the Quality Rated program across all childcare centers.

Ensure compliance with state-specific quality rating and improvement systems, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of requirements and standards.

Assessment and Improvement :

Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of centers to identify strengths and areas for improvement related to Quality Rated standards.

Develop and implement action plans to address areas needing enhancement, providing guidance and resources to center directors and staff.

Training and Professional Development :

Design and deliver training programs for staff on best practices in early childhood education and care that align with Quality Rated criteria.

Support continuous professional development initiatives, ensuring staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to maintain high-quality care.

Data Analysis and Reporting :

Analyze data related to quality metrics, using insights to drive improvements and ensure centers meet or exceed Quality Rated standards.

Prepare detailed reports on the progress and outcomes of Quality Rated initiatives, presenting findings to senior management and stakeholders.

Collaboration and Support :

Work closely with center directors, educators, and other stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality care.

Serve as a liaison between centers and state regulatory agencies, ensuring effective communication and compliance with Quality Rated requirements.

Policy Development and Implementation :

Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures that support high-quality early childhood education and care.

Ensure policies are aligned with Quality Rated standards and are consistently applied across all centers.
