Are you ready to embark on a rewarding career with Rowley Properties, a thriving family business in Issaquah? We are currently seeking a dedicated and versatile Facilities Technician to become a valued member of our Facilities Team.
Rowley Properties is a small, family-owned business that specializes in owning, developing, and managing a diverse range of properties in Issaquah.
With approximately 100 acres of RV storage, storage units, commercial office, light industrial, and residential spaces, we offer a dynamic work environment filled with opportunities for growth and variety.
As a Facilities Technician, you will collaborate with our Facilities Team and property managers to perform a wide range of tasks related to the routine repairs and maintenance of our properties.

Responsibilities :
- Execute routine repairs and maintenance tasks on various properties.
- Utilize hand and power tools for maintenance activities.
- Assist with moving furniture and materials as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the Facilities Team and property managers.
- Participate in an occasional on-call rotation for emergencies.
Qualifications :
- Basic maintenance skills are desirable.
- Valid driver's license and insurance required (company vehicle provided).
- Ability to work Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 : 30 p.m. (schedule may vary).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
