We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience, with the potential for additional earnings through commissions.

Responsibilities
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
- Address client objections and concerns to overcome barriers to close sales.
- Implement strategies to exceed quotas and performance objectives.
- Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
Requirements
- Licensing Requirements : You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
- Preferred candidate would already have their license but willing to train a motivated / driven individual.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new software and tools.
- Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
- Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
