As an Accounting Manager at Florida’s Natural, you’ll work alongside Accounting and Treasury Services Team to ensure accounting, treasury, payroll operations run smoothly while also maintaining cash management and forecasting. What you’ll do :

• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting close and preparation of financial statements, within relevant areas of responsibility.
• Prepare and / or review accounting, forecast, treasury services and other relevant reports and analyses, as needed.
• Oversee treasury services operations, ensuring proper management and reporting of cash activity, liquidity, financial risk and debt positions.
• Maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, variance analyses and reporting, via collaboration with various departments on an ongoing basis.
• Oversee payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees and compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations and tax requirements.
• Oversee the company’s insurance programs, coordinating with brokers to manage claims, renewals and audits.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices, suggest enhancements and implement solutions.
• Assist with special projects, analyses, ad-hoc reporting, system enhancements and support of strategic initiatives, as requested by the FNG leadership team.

What we’re looking for :

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in a consumer goods or manufacturing environment highly desirable
• Experience in treasury services, and payroll preferred
• Experience in forecasting required
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and financial reporting standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (Oracle Fusion a plus) and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Eager to learn, take ownership and initiate improvements
• Thrives in an environment that is fast paced and able to adapt to changing situation
