The Consumer Bank (CB) Business and Product Transformation team is responsible for advancing the CB agile and product delivery strategy, mobilizing product teams to deliver large-scale initiatives, and overseeing the Agile Product Portfolio across Consumer Banking.
As a Product Portfolio Operations Manager in the Consumer Bank (CB) Business and Product Transformation team, you will oversee components of the Agile Product Portfolio and mobilize product teams to deliver large-scale initiatives by advancing the Consumer Bank agile product delivery strategy and facilitating better business and product outcomes through continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities
- Establish a partner communication framework to create awareness and alignment between Digital and Consumer Bank strategic objectives and initiatives.
- Partner closely with CB and Digital Product Owners, Technology Leads, Design Leads and Data Owners to manage product portfolio priorities, capacity, dependencies, risks, and performance metrics.
- Implement agile product development best practices aligned with Consumer Bank Agility Office standards; facilitate adoption of best practices with product teams.
- Align product portfolio priorities to strategic business objectives and desired P&L outcomes.
- Ensure product development tools and resources are being used effectively (e.g., Jira).
- Prepare senior management updates including Portfolio Reviews (PR), bi-weekly Product Updates and Executive Management Reports (EMR).
- Support special projects and executive requests and synthesize complex information in a strategic and compelling way so that the material is effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 10 years of experience in product management, business / program management, agile methodology, consumer banking and digital products.
- Proficient in agile product development methodology.
- Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality communications, presentations, and reporting for various stakeholder groups.
- Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence.
- Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with ability to establish trust and credibility.
- Advanced level experience in all Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Confluence and Jira.
- Must be self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with high degree of independence.
