Location :  Remote (based on region) or Hybrid (Trevose, PA)

Department :  Residential Processing Division

About the Role

World Wide Land Transfer (WWLT) is seeking a highly skilled  National Title Processor  to join our fast-growing, multi-state team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth and compliant closing process across our national platform.

You’ll handle both  refinance and purchase transactions  while collaborating closely with our internal teams, lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and underwriters.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a  primary point of contact  for lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and clients nationwide.
• Review  multi-state title commitments  and supporting documents to ensure compliance with underwriting requirements.
• Collaborate with Clearance Officers and Underwriters to resolve curative issues efficiently.
• Prepare accurate  settlement statements (CDs, ALTA statements, disbursement ledgers)  according to lender instructions and state-specific regulations.
• Finalize and balance files in  SoftPro , ensuring all data is correct before closing.
• Coordinate  closings (remote or in-office)  with professionalism and accuracy.
• Review post-closing packages, coordinate disbursements, and monitor escrow holdbacks or trailing documents.
• Maintain internal systems to track file progress, meeting company and lender SLAs.
• Provide support to teammates as part of a  collaborative national processing unit .
• Identify process improvements and share feedback to strengthen WWLT’s national workflow.
