Plum Creek Recovery Ranch is a behavioral health facility located in Lockhart, Texas. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team.
As a Registered Nurse at Plum Creek Recovery Ranch, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients with substance use disorders.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans as needed
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements :
- Valid RN license
- Minimum one year of nursing experience
- Experience in psychiatric nursing or substance abuse treatment preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
