We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team as a Technical Support Analyst.
This person will act as the primary point of contact for our customers and will work with Aptive's product, engineering and marketing teams to share customer feedback to drive improvements.
A Technical Support Analyst will be immersed in Aptive's s fast-paced environment and will be expected to proactively contribute suggestions to for improvement.

Requirements : Helpdesk Experience
Helpdesk Experience
Windows and Mac desktop support experience
Workstation setup and configuration
Working knowledge with MS-Office suite of software applications, including : Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Train end-users on new processes / functionality as needed. Help with the training of new users
Office printer debugging
Required Skills :
Basic understanding of Internet principles, terminology and functionality
Preferred Skills :
Expertise troubleshooting WiFi and wired networking (TCP / IP, DHCP, DNS)
Experience preparing new reports from HRIS (Workday), and manipulate existing report variables in order
2 years technical support or IT experience interfacing with external clients.
Experience : 2-4 years helpdesk experience
