Title : Learning Management System Administrator
Length of Contract : 12 Months contract Based on performance and business needs
Location : Lake County, Illinois, United States Hybrid 3 days onsite
Job Description :
- Delivers training at a level which requires facilitation of group process in diverse settings; design learning interventions to meet defined needs;
- works with management to define organizational objectives and design courses to meet those business needs. BS in a learning or closely related discipline, or sufficient practical and transferable experience to demonstrate practical equivalence;
understands human learning concepts and has experience designing learning interventions to meet specific business needs.
- Facilitate administrative tasks in the (LMS) ComplianceWire locally and globally
- Maintain and administer employee training plans (e.g., addition and / or removal of training
items ) in the LMS
- Create, maintain and assign training items, curricula , and user groups in the LMS
- Process externally conducted trainings (ILT / OJT) into the LMS
Generate the following items :
- Training reports
- Ad-Hoc reports and additional reports in support of Audits / Inspections
- Training metrics as required
- Troubleshoot / Support the RA and PPS personnel with questions / issues regarding the LMS
- Participate in meetings (global and local)
- Participate in training / learning related projects
Experience / Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; typically in life sciences or engineering
- Minimum of 4+ years quality related experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Basic knowledge of GxP requirements ; experience in GxP-regulated work environment
- Experience in Quality training desired
- Good verbal and writing skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Reliable and independent approach to the position
- Analytical thinking and good comprehension skills
- Excellent communication in a teamwork environment
