Product Manager, Loan Implementations

What does a successful Product Manager of Loan Implementations do at Fiserv?

As a successful Product Manager of Loan Implementations, you will ensure that Fiserv delivers on its commitments to our financial institution partners.

You will work with Directors of Lending Products to improve products and support implementation for loan programs in partnership with stakeholders across the organization.

What you will do :

• Manage loan implementations to deliver against client requests and business plans
• Manage client operations with centralized tracking of key initiatives and progress
• Implement with quality in a timely fashion for time to revenue acceleration
• Drive loan operational projects and manage each with effective strategies and resource support, e.g. BAU v. strategic initiatives
• Define and execute strategies that will enable scaled adoption of products across key customers
• Design and develop improvement opportunities to gain efficiencies of project methodologies, deliverables, reporting and training to mature capabilities in service and delivery

What you will need to have :

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in client / business relationships or operations
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of business financial practices
• Experience in data-driven management, metrics and reporting

What would be great to have :

• 3+ years of experience working with the Optis platform
• Working knowledge and understanding of credit and pricing platforms
• Understanding of Decision Management Systems - DMM, TLP, ALP and MLP
• Experience working with agile methodologies
• Experience managing loan implementations and driving delivery to clients

Salary Range :

$76,100.00 - $130,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees working in Nebraska. Ranges for employees working in other states may differ.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York or Washington.
