Senior Accountant / Bookkeeper

Onsite Position

Englishtown, New Jersey

• Prepare cash Receipts, Sales invoicing, chargebacks and follow up
• Prepare reports for filing VAT & Sales & Use tax returns
• Prepare account analysis, inventory & bank reconciliations
• Prepare 401k, payroll, and Journal entries
• Assist in month end closing functions
• Assist with bank audits & year end audits
• Assist in budget process
• Serves as backup for Cash Manager, Accounts receivable, and Accounts Payable in the event of absence
• Ad-hoc projects

Preferred Experience :

• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing environment
• Excel skill required
• ERP system experience required (Our ERP system is MFG-PRO windows based)
• Detailed oriented
• Team Player
• Self-starter
