Join us at PACS and take advantage of a workplace that truly values you! General Purpose : The Regional Director of Recruitment provides leadership, support, advocacy, vision, and recruiting support to hiring managers across the assigned region.

This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic talent acquisition tactics to attract top talent and ensure the business's growth while maintaining its culture and quality standards. Essential Duties :

  • Fill all required positions within facilities located in the assigned region.
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to senior leadership at facilities and regional levels.
  • Design and develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
  • Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, etc.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Develop contacts with educational programs for line staff.
  • Coordinate online job postings across all facilities on platforms such as Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn, state industry, and college job boards.
  • Implement and manage the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Participate in facility-level recruiting efforts as needed. Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
