Key Responsibilities
- Gather and manage innovative ideas to drive product development.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments to create a comprehensive product roadmap.
- Develop and enhance products and services that meet customer needs, drive growth, and create value.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to influence and build consensus without direct authority.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to continuously seek best-in-class solutions.
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Visio, and other Windows-based programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Education, Credentials, and Experience
- Previous experience in new product development, brand management, insurance, marketing, or development.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and manage ambiguity.
- Experience planning multiple workstreams and leading cross-functional projects.
