We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Project Coordinator with at least 5 years of relevant experience to join a long-term project.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with a proven track record of successfully coordinating and managing IT Infrastructure refresh projects.

As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in all phases of project planning and execution, including defining project scope, setting timelines, and timely delivery of project tasks.

You must effectively communicate between all project participants including team members, contractors, and vendors. This is a rolling contract role that offers a hybrid schedule with an expectation Tuesday / Wednesday onsite, with the third day dependent on business needs!

Position Summary

• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project.
• Monitor project progress, follow up on deliverables and help ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Facilitate regular communication among cross-functional teams, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals and objectives.
• Maintain open lines of communication with store locations, providing project updates and addressing any concerns.
• Coordinate scheduling and invites as needed.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for project coordination.
• Work with other project team members to ensure the necessary components to meet project objectives are compatible.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, and reports. Ensure project’s progress is reported to relevant team members and stakeholders.

Minimum Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5-6 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator, with a focus on network refresh projects and project planning.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and technologies.
• Experience in project management tools including excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
