Das erwartet Dich
Als CRM Consultant (m / w / d) betreust Du gemeinsam mit unserem Key Account Manager unsere Kund : innen im Team CRM.
- Als Consultant im Support bist Du der erste Ansprechpartner für Beratung und Hilfe im Bereich CRM und hast deshalb sehr viel Kundenkontakt.
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kund : innen und unserem CRM Team.
- Unsere Kund : innen melden sich per E-Mail oder per Ticket in unserem Ticketsystem.
- Du unterstützt unsere Kund : innen aktiv bei der Lösung von akuten Problemen und anderen Herausforderungen im täglichen Geschäft.
- Durch die Nähe zu unseren Kund : innen beräts Du und erarbeitest Lösungen für prozessuale Probleme und findest Lösungen mit direktem Mehrwert.

Das solltest Du mitbringen
- Begeisterung für das Thema CRM und Prozesse.
- Freude an der direkten Kommunikation mit unseren Kund : innen aus diversen Branchen.
- Studium / Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik und / oder mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Software Support von produktgestützten IT-Lösungen.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Kenntnisse agiler Projektmanagementmethoden wie SCRUM und / oder PRINCE2.
