Job Title : Production Worker
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our team. You will receive training in pre-weighing chemicals, mixing, and packaging.
Our goal is to ensure you are well-versed in various aspects of production to support our operations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Weigh chemicals accurately in the pre-weigh area.
- Mix chemicals as required for production.
- Operate and maintain the packaging line.
- Perform all assigned tasks efficiently and safely.
- For the Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday shift, forklift experience is required but you will not solely operate the forklift.
- For the Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday shift, forklift experience is not required, but you will be trained in all aspects of production as a floater.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
Essential Skills
- Attention to detail
- General labor experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Capability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Experience in manufacturing operations
- Basic computer skills in a Windows environment, including familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Flexibility in days and hours worked
- Ability to work in hot temperatures
- Production experience
- Forklift experience (required for specific shifts)

Work Environment
The work environment is a tile adhesive plant that can get a little dusty. Vapor coolers are installed throughout the warehouse to maintain a comfortable temperature.
Although it may get a little warm, it is manageable. The production plant is small but operates very efficiently, providing potential for employees to move around the production line based on performance.
The scheduled days are not set in stone, but availability for Saturday as a regular workday is required if scheduled.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, Arizona.
