We are currently looking for a Tax Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee tax advisory services, compliance, and tax provision for pass-through
- Develop, build, and maintain strong client relationships. Understand clients businesses and industries to provide tailored advice and solutions.
- Participate in the proposal process for prospective clients, contributing to the acquisition of new business opportunities.
- Support internal learning and development through knowledge sharing and technical expertise.
- Assist with managing, developing, and coaching professional tax staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant Tax Experience
- CPA license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly.
- Experience in supervising, management, and team building
- Ability to maintain professional client relationships
- Master's degree in Taxation or Law degree (PLUS)
