The Role :

As part of the team, you will be responsible for assisting Technicians and Retail / Wholesale Customers with parts concerns, while selling them the right parts at the right prices.

• Look up parts quickly and effectively to maximize the Retail / Wholesale Gross Profit and Service Flag Hours.
• Assist Technicians and Retail / Wholesale Customers with parts concerns, while selling them the right parts at the right prices.
• Attempt to up-sell all internal and external customers by offering additional needed items like filters, batteries, fluids, and Pro-Shop items.

What you bring to the table :

• The ability to read and comprehend information and perform calculations.
• The ability to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer.
• The ability to prioritize and utilize time management.
• Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching and other maneuvers associated with the position.
• Operate a motor vehicle cautiously and safely.
• Lift and / or move up to 100-lbs.
• Operate motor vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions.
• Operate necessary equipment, both manual and power driven.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools properly and safely.
• Ability to walk briskly up to 500-yards frequently throughout shift.
• Ability to move about the dealership in order to effectively communicate with Associates of other departments.
