Resin Systems creates components for a wide range of industries including Semiconductor, RF Microwave and Medical. Company is looking to hire / train a Chemical Compounder.
In this role, you will be using process sheets and formula recipes to blend chemical compounds such as epoxy, urethane and silicone formulations .
Chemical Compounder Primary responsibilities : Read batch sheets to blend chemical compounds such as epoxy, urethane, and silicone formulations.
As needed operate large and small mixers. Handle heavy drums and bags of raw materials. Accurately measure and weigh raw materials according to formula recipes.
Utilize scales and mixing equipment to combine ingredients and create compounds. Maintain records of production activities.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents. Perform routine maintenance on compounding equipment. Chemical Compounder Qualification : Ability to read and speak English required.
1+ years of experience of experience in a manufacturing / chemical environment preferred. Basic mathematical skills required.
Demonstrated ability to organize, and manage time. Highly focused and attentive to details. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
